The Fabrique du métro is a hybrid space, both a laboratory and an exhibition space. It is intended to become a working tool for the participants of the project, as well as to tell and share a story of each new stage in the construction of the Paris metro. The time scale of the Grand Paris Express stretching over more than a decade, the Fabrique was conceived as an evolutionary space, a kind of a giant model or mecano that can easily be transformed to welcome and represent the history of the project at its different stages.
