The exhibition offers a journey into the heart of the tradition of Indian jewellery from the Mughal period to the present day, through exceptional pieces, most of them from the Al Thani collection.
The immersive scenography draws its inspiration from the refinement of Indian culture and creates a magical setting in which the singularity and uniqueness of each of the pieces on display is offered to the surprise of visitors.
The focal point of the exhibition is a large installation created by suspended cables that filigreely draws the domes of the Taj Mahal and hosts magnificent gold and enamel objects.
